General Delivery Information
We can only supply and deliver within England, Wales and Scotland.
We despatch all orders promptly by courier or by post for many smaller items and parcel carrier for larger or heavier items. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt and in most cases will be delivered the following day but in any event it should be with you within 3-5 working days of dispatch. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and this confirms the anticipated delivery date to you. Please be aware that these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We will only despatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with delivery scheduled for the following day.
Delivery of Cheeses
All our cheeses are sold as whole individual cheeses as shown on the web site or as cut cheese with the approximate weight of each cheese shown. If the cheese is needed for a specific date we advise that you give us at least 7 days notice. On receipt of your order, cut cheeses are cut and wrapped in waxed paper to ensure freshness, and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Please ensure someone is in to take delivery of the cheese or give instructions for where the parcel can be safely left without a signature. Deliveries can be made to your work address, please give details of delivery address when completing your order. Please ensure that whoever takes delivery of your cheese remembers to refrigerate the pack immediately on receipt.
All weights are approximate and may be greater or less than that shown on the website.

Any single delivery order exceeding £100 (inc VAT) within the delivery areas above will be delivered free of charge
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (Postcodes ZE, HS, IV, AB, KW, PA, PH, JE, GY, IM)
It is possible for us to deliver to the above postcodes but due to variable courier charges, we will contact you to confirm the cost
To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode. If you are out, a card will be left with further delivery options.
All goods are shipped from our premises. If you are not home when the courier delivers your items, the courier will leave a card with instructions informing you what to do next.
IMPORTANT: when signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. Any items damaged in transit must be notified to us by calling 020 8941 7758 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. If you fail to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
