Returns Policy

Hampton Cheese and Wine Company will send you only quality cheeses, wines and other products. We also do our best to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on it's way. However, of you do have a problem, here is what to do:

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible informing us of the problem. Please make sure that the item is in it's original packaging. All items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.

If you receive a product that is in a bad condition when you take it out of the box contact us immediately.

Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us. We can arrange a collection - please call us on 020 8941 7758 or you can send the order back via the Post Office.
